My name is Tom Bircher, I finished ACCS in August 2013.  I spent a year working in the Emergency Department in Christchurch NZ as a Reg.

I got back to the UK in October 2014, I got my training number back in May, in february I went part time to look after my daughter – Izz.

I finished training July 2019 and now work full time as a consultant in EM in a trauma centre in the UK.

I am interested in most parts of EM apart from airways (which seems to make me reasonably unique in the world of #foamed).
